Ursula Traynor is the Founder and Company Director of Locations Estate Agents, bringing over three decades of premier sales, marketing, and client services experience to the Dublin property sector.

Having co-founded Locations in 2004, Ursula has been instrumental in growing the agency into a highly respected, tech-forward family business. Before establishing the company, she spent years building an elite corporate pedigree as an Account Manager and Head of Sales for major international telecommunications and technology giants, including Avaya, WorldCom, and Cable & Wireless.This deep corporate foundation equips Ursula with a highly strategic, professional approach to property marketing, commercial negotiation, and asset management. Lesley Boland is a Senior Property Manager and PSRA Licensed Auctioneer at Locations Estate Agents, known for her comprehensive market expertise and proactive approach to residential asset management.

A graduate of the Ballsbridge College of Business Studies, Lesley plays a vital role in directing the day-to-day operations of Locations' expansive letting and management portfolio across Dublin. She specializes in navigating complex tenancy regulations, delivering accurate rental valuations, and orchestrating strategic property marketing. Cal brings fresh energy, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for property to the Locations Estate Agency team. As our newest team member, he works closely alongside senior agent Lesley Boland, providing vital administrative support and managing day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless client In addition to his administrative role, Cal plays a hands-on part in our property refurbishment projects and property inspections.
