Agents / Self Employed Residential Property Negotiators required. Excellent earnings potential!
The successful candidate will earn top commissions and join a progressive friendly team in a busy office environment.
You will form part of a team that works closely together, however you will also have autonomy to develop your clients and revenues.
Suitable candidates will have;
The ability to identify prospects and generate new business.
The personality, skills and customer focus to develop relationships with clients & to obtain ongoing and repeat business.
A target driven appetite.
The ability to work hard in a fast paced business sector.
Preferably a relevant industry qualification.
Have 18 months plus working in residential lettings /sales (preferable but not essential)
This is a self employed position.
There is no basic salary, however commission is generous and uncapped. Successful negotiators will earn more than industry average.
There will be additional annual bonus incentives for high performers.
