About the founders:
Locations was established by Gavan Russell and Ursula Traynor.
Since 1989 Gavan and Ursula have worked in sales and service driven industries, property, finance and technology.
Gavan has a strong variety of experience having worked for Bank of Ireland, MCI , and a number of Multinationals. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University.
Ursula has worked successfully with a number of large companies including Irish Independent Group, Cable & Wireless, Lucent/Avaya and MCI.
About Locations Agents:
Stephen O'Grady is a fully qualified member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute with a wealth of property related experience spanning a 13 year career. Stephen obtained his degree level membership in October 2000 and continues to participate in ongoing studies and related events.
Stephen has held positions within companies such as Christies Estate Agents, E.R.A. and Lowe & Associates, operating at senior levels within the latter two companies. He moved to Locations in 2007.
Stephen is a most valued and trusted member of staff who has a very strong track record of success within Locations. He holds the position of Sales and Lettings manager and continually assists at many levels with our expanding business plans.
Timea Henter joined Locations with a number of years experience in real-estate, successfully selling and letting residential properties in Eastern Europe. She worked with the Dutch company Management Services Bliss.
She holds a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest. Timea is fluent in Hungarian, Romanian, English,and has a good level of Italian . She has a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Louise Delahunty joined Locations as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator having working within the commercial property industry for a number of years. Louise is qualified with a BA Degree in Interior Architecture, and has excellent communication, innovative marketing techniques and presentation skills which will help you find the right tenants and/or property to best suit your requirements in the shortest possible time-frame.
With vast local and property knowledge in her area, Louise is the logical choice when it comes to achieving the best possible result for the sale or letting of your property. Louise believes in building long term relationships with her clients and achieves this by providing a meticulous, highly organised and professional service. For her clients this means dedication, constant follow up and delivering on promises.
Ian Chandler is a highly valued and experienced member of our team. Ian’s previous experience includes working with Dooley’s Estate Agents. He has vast knowledge of the current Irish Sales and Lettings Markets.
Ian holds an IAVI certified Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agents Degree and possesses strong communications skills, and selling ability. He is also a qualified “Building Energy Rater” and very knowledgeable on BER’s and energy efficiency.
Ian is a talented Sales & Letting Negotiator and is determined and driven to achieve success for his clients.
